Shu cream is a Japanese dessert which translates to "cream puffs." It is based upon the French choux pastry where the puff pastry is baked to light and airy perfection with a sweet, crackly, crunchy cookie-like topping and filled with a luscious strawberry cream center then gently dusted with sweet powdered sugar.

Storage Conditions: Please keep the puff in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature for approximately 15-20 minutes before serving.
