An earthy matcha cake roll made in the Japanese style and filled with a semi-sweet Azuki bean whipped cream and yuzu jam. It smells heavenly. If you have a soft spot for anything matcha, I am pretty sure you’re going to be as obsessed with this cake as I am. This would served as a convenient afternoon tea break in the office or gathering.
