A fun twist of Japanese Hayashida Mentaiko cod fish roe spread on the handmade soft bun, along with some mozzarella cheese, Japanese mentaiko mayonnaise and roasted seaweed ! The salty taste of Mentaiko and the earthy taste of the soft bun pairs perfectly. Whereas the added mayonnaise makes the overall tasting experience less dry and slightly moist.
The end result is an extremely palatable, crispy on the outside and inside bursting with umami that's bound to give you a great start to the day!
Storage Conditions: Please keep the Mentaiko Bread refrigerated. Heat up using Air fryer, toaster or oven before eating at 160'C for about 5 minutes.
