The key is using the high quality white egg Hinata for this. Puff pastry tarts filled with burnt egg custard and dusted with cinnamon. Burnt custard doesn't sound good but it is. Underneath the burn marks, the custard is smooth and creamy. The soft texture contrasts nicely with the crisp puff pastry shell.

Storage Conditions: Please keep the portuguese egg tart refrigerated. Heat up using Air fryer, toaster or oven before eating at 180'C for about 5 to 10 minutes.
