A fun twist of Japanese Hayashida Mentaiko cod fish roe spread on the French Baguette bun, along with some mozzarella cheese, japanese mayonnaise and roasted seaweed ! The salty taste of Mentaiko and the earthy taste of the French Baguette pairs perfectly. Whereas the added mayonnaise makes the overall tasting experience less dry and slightly moist.

Storage Conditions: Please keep the Mentaiko Bread refrigerated. Heat up using Air fryer, toaster or oven before eating at 160'C for about 5 minutes.
